Southern Premier League (SPL) 2021, the iconic annual event of the Inter-intake Cricket Tournament organized by the Department of IT was conducted form 05^th and 6^th April at the Campus grounds.  There are 11 teams participated for the tournament and Intake 37-IT (male) and Intake 36-QS (female) grabbed the championship whilst Intake 36-QS(male) and Intake 37 IT(female) became to runners up. Brig Prasad Edirisinghe, the Rector of the Southern Campus graced the occasion as the chief guest and a large number of military and civil staff also witnessed the event. The event was aimed at building up comradeship among undergraduates by also giving them the opportunity to reveal their sports skills.
